Quién Soy

¡Hola!  Soy Mireya Colón Escalante, creadora de los Telañecos. Así empezó todo hace más de 15 años. Son Muñecos de Trapo hechos totalmente a mano, no uso maquinaria para coserlos, desde su molde hasta el producto final. Nunca queda otro igual. Llevo la tradición de muñecos de trapo más allá...

Dándole un toque a nuestros tiempos. Los ñekos están dirigidos a los adultos, dándole el sentido de recuerdo, anécdotas y alegrías del pasado a través de mis muñecos. Para  los niños....es algo fascinante verlos y a la vez se llevan su muñeco de tradición diferente. Cada costura es una historia para alguien que quiero que no se le olvide. La costura de afuera es el alma del muñeco.  Y diferentes como yo. Te invito y únete a la familia Telañekera!  

Desde 2005 y antes por diversión y en 2008 más serio mi propósito.... Inspiración, muchas desde mi hija  (y anécdotas) hasta personas mayores que hablaban de las muñecas de antes, hasta mi abuela que me cosía como antes que se amarraba las cabezas!  Cualquier cosa que me haga feliz, la cultura lo folklore... la vida misma! 

PROPÓSITO DE TELAÑECOS  Devolviendo Recuerdos.....ES el propósito de mis ñekos!  Y siempre lo ha sido..... devolver ese momento, recuerdo, sanando ese sentimiento de pérdida al devolverte tu ñeko, devolviéndole esa estampa feliz de tu vida! El tiempo ha pasado y siguen saliendo con años ñekos parecidos a los míos....pero te garantizo que los míos no hay otro igual...pueden ser parecidos.... pero jamás serán un auténtico Telañecos!!

Hello!! I am Mireya Colón Escalante, creator of the Telañecos. This is how it all began more than 15 years ago. They are Rag Dolls made entirely by hand, I do not use machinery to sew them, from their mold to the final product. There is never another like it. I carry the tradition of rag dolls further ...
Giving a touch to our times. The ñekos are aimed at adults, giving them the sense of memory, anecdotes and joys of the past through my dolls. For children ... it is something fascinating to see them and at the same time they take their doll from a different tradition. Each seam is a story for someone that I want not to forget. The outside sewing is the soul of the doll. And different like me. I invite you and join the Telañekera family!
Since 2005 and before for fun and in 2008 more serious my purpose .... Inspiration, many from my daughter (and anecdotes) to elderly people who talked about the dolls of before, to my grandmother who sewed me as before she tied the heads! Anything that makes me happy, culture, folklore ... life itself!

PURPOSE OF TELAÑECOS Returning Memories ..... IS the purpose of my ñekos! And it always has been ..... giving back that moment, I remember, healing that feeling of loss by giving you back your ñeko, giving you back that happy picture of your life! Time has passed and they keep dating ñekos years similar to mine ... but I guarantee you that there is no other like mine... they can be similar ... but they will never be a real Telañecos!!
